In October 2013 in Philadelphia, two positions will be open for election on the Board of Officers of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Members will be voting on a Vice-President at Large and on a 4th Vice President. The person elected as 4th Vice President during the 2013 conference will serve as IACP president in the year 2019. Donald De Lucca is running for 4th Vice President and would appreciate your vote in Philadelphia this fall.
120th Annual Conference and Exposition in Philadelphia
October 19-23, members of the International Association of Chiefs of Police will meet for the 120th Annual Conference and Exposition. The conference will feature many workshops, forums, and notable keynote speakers and is the premier event for law enforcement executives from across the country and the world. At this conference, you will join delegates from the federal, tribal, state, county, and local levels for collaboration, learning, and experiencing the latest in technology.
